Topics and themes that will be addressed in the various presentation include Southern Hospitality Culture\, foodways\, African Disapora within southern foodways\, identity\, rhetoric\, community culture\, oral histories\, culinary history\, cross-culture gardening\, entertainment\, art\, film\, and more.
