SUMMARY:Water/Ways @ Ocean Springs: Beauvoir\, Restoration After Katrina
DESCRIPTION:On October 23\, the Ocean Springs Municipal Library and the Mary C. O’Keefe Cultural Center will host a free and open to the public program about Jefferson Davis’s home\, Beauvoir\, and its post-Katrina restoration. Jay Peterson\, curator at Beauvior in Biloxi\, will lead the presentation. See and hear about the process of restoration on the property and the main house after a life-changing storm. Peterson will address architectural restoration\, water damage to artifacts\, and more. See how this important landmark was brought back to life! \nExhibit hours are Monday-Thursday 10am-6pm and Friday-Saturday 10am-4pm.
